Questions.

Do I need to own minerals or have oil and gas experience?

No. The course starts at the foundations: what mineral rights are, how ownership is traced, and how leases and royalties work.

Do I need money to buy minerals?

To buy an interest outright, yes. Module 7 covers three acquisition strategies, including wholesaling, and Module 13 covers how deals are structured, disposition strategies, commissions and carries.

Do I need paid software or data?

Not to start. Modules 6 and 8 show the free state and county sources and the paid ones. Skip tracing and a CRM (Module 9) are paid tools you add when you start outreach.

Will this work in my state?

The process is the same in any producing state. Module 6 covers the major U.S. shale basins. Module 8 walks through the Texas, Louisiana and Ohio data workflows and how to build one for your area.

How long does it take?

It's self-paced, so it depends on you. Completion time varies.
